Stratco’s Hiland Tray cladding proved to be the perfect architectural solution for this striking Seacliff project, where the coastal environment demanded both aesthetic excellence and practical performance.

The product’s distinctive tectonic qualities and tactile appeal allowed the architects to create a design that responds beautifully to its seaside context, with rhythmic linearity that complements the natural surroundings. The cladding’s striking verticality generates captivating shadow play throughout the day, helping the building establish a commanding presence within the streetscape. The subtle, muted tones of Colorbond® Dover White® provided an ideal backdrop that enhances the visual impact of adjoining masonry and concrete textures, demonstrating how our products can elevate overall architectural language.
